Wondering how to determine Travelocity "Top Secret Hotel"?

Q. Specifically, the "Top Secret Hotel" I want in Reno is a great price, but the amenities listed do not match any of the hotels they offer. Does this mean that it is a completely different hotel, or do they do this as a smokescreen?

Curious because I want to stay at one of the hotels they list.
Users with experience with Travelocity "Top Secret" Hotels please. Thank you.

A. Travelocity is making people book hotels without telling them what hotel they're getting? Wow.

I've been to Reno 4 or 5 times. Silver Legacy and Eldorado are the two nicest hotels. They've also got Cal Neva, Harrah's, Circus Circus, Fitzgeralds on the "strip" (Virginia Street).

My guess is they're either trying to stick you into the Sands, which is really old and run down... or the Atlantis or Peppermill, which are way off the main strip, or somewhere in Sparks.

I recall when I was researching a trip to Reno once, many travel agencies were advertising John Ascuaga's Nugget (which is in Sparks) as being in Reno.

Anyway, I'd pass on the "mystery hotel" and check Orbitz, Expedia, Hotwire, and Kayak.com.

This is a good birthday present for my boyfriend of a year?
