When booking a hotel room online, do you prefer to see the taxes in the rate or on the checkout page?

Q. I am trying to build an online hotel booking site and wonder if adding the taxes to the room rate shown instead of calculating at the end (much more $$$) will scare people off because the rates will be higher but will be all inclusive. Can anybody shed some light on this for me. This is an example
$220 per night plus taxes (shown at checkout)
$267.89 - (final price including taxes)

Thanks for your help.

A. I personally would like to see the final price up front. I hate having a bunch of taxes sprung on me at checkout.

Does anyone know when the Despicable Me ride will open? We are already booked for the beginning of March 2012?
Q. We already have our flights & hotels booked for next year(booking early...the downside of planning with a rewards program), and I cannot find anywhere a tentative opening date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A. The new Despicable Me ride opens in 2012, they haven't announced the date it will open.

What is the objective of Hotel Booking?
Q. Examples: So that guess is easier for the booking and staff easier to communicate with clients by using phones or through web.Apart from that, the another is??

Who can list down three of the objective "Hotel Booking"

A. One is to assure the guests that they have accomodations by the time they arrive at the hotel. Two, so the room/rooms will be ready and available. Three, so as to avoid confusion when the guests arrive to find there is no room available. Four, so that the hotel management will know how many rooms are still available for occupation. Five, so that the chef and kitchen staff will know how many guests are arriving and be able to stock on food and drinks.
