What is the most popular hotel in Calgary?

Q. I want to open up a bar at a hotel with the location at the hotel swimming pool. What would be the most popular and gone to hotel in Calgary to open up my swim up bar? Thanks!!!!!

A. According to Priceline.com the Hilton Garden Inn near the Calgary Airport is the most popular.

According to another site it says that Banff Springs Hotel is ...but it's a little out of Calgary.

I'd say the Fairmont Paliser is the most popular in Calgary however I don't think these hotels would be very open to swim up bars ...

Best of Luck !

What should we see when we go to Banff National Park?
Q. We will be camping in Banff for about 4 days and will have a 5 year old, a 3 year old, and a 10 month old with us. Our trip is in early July.

A. You really have to check out the hot springs, they are just outside of Banff, about a 5-10 minute drive. There are life jackets and their is a kiddie pool with in the hot springs!

Check out some of the gift shops on Banff Avenue, they are really cute and always full of neat souvenior ideas.

Cave and Basin National Park is about a 5 minute drive from Banff as well, we found it interesting. It's not a big museum or anything so it may be good for you guys with a young family.

Take the Gondola! I remember going on it when I was about 3 years old, I loved it! At the top there is a little restaurant and gift shop.

You can also tour Banff Spring Hotel, it looks like a castle and was at one time the biggest hotel in the world. You can tour at your own pace which is nice.

The ghost town is really cool too. There are lots of hiking trails around Banff, you can tour a few other museums, lots of excellent restaurants. You could also drive to Lake Louise and check out Canmore.

Hope you have tons of fun. Banff is really beautiful. My husband and I were just there for 4 days and wish we could have stayed longer!

What is the nicest place to stay in Banff?
Q. What are the nicest hotels in Banff? Want comfort, scenery and luxury.

A. Banff Springs Hotel is definitely the nicest place to stay in Banff. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, great views, but fairly expensive. If you're willing to pay for it, that would DEFINITELY be the place you should stay.
