How nice is the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas?

Q. I'm planning on staying at Flamingo Hotel in Vegas the first week of August.

Planning to stay 4 night s at Go Deluxe room.

Is this a nice hotel? How big is the Go Deluxe room in square foot?

Big enough for 3 people?

A. Yes, and the Go room is the nicest of the standard rooms.

At the Flamingo Hotel in Vegas, can you pet the penguins that are running around?

Q. When i was looking at the Flamingo Hotel website in Vegas, i saw that they have an area where the peguins and flamingos run around. is that true? if so, can you pet them? Are they really running around free? Please answer if you have been there.

A. The penguins have been gone for over a year. I've only seen flamingos, fish, turtles, etc. You wouldn't be able to get close up to these as they live on their own little islands. There was nothing walking freely where all the people are. If you feel like getting wet then go ahead, but you'll probably get yelled at. As a side note...if YOU see a penguin there then go ahead and touch all you want. You wouldn't be yelled at for this, but you may get hauled off to a looney bin somewhere.

Q. What is the name and Is it in the flamingo hotel?

A. It's a Hertz. The counter is by the concierge desk and the cars are out in a special section of the garage.
