Are there any hotels in Boston that let 18 year olds make reservations?

Q. i need to be in Boston for this upcoming weekend but almost every single hotel I've called requires you to be 21 years old and the ones that are 18+ are incredibly expensive. are there any affordable hotels in Boston (or nearby cities/towns) that allow 18 year olds make reservations?

A. Try a youth hostel. http://bostonhostel.org/

Problem is that younguns who've come before you have trashed rooms, had underage parties etc... so hotels don't want the headache. Also, you would need a credit card in your name, not a debit card, a credit card.

nice hotel in boston after a red sox game for a 26th birthday?
Q. obviously many hotels in boston are pricey. but we're lookin for a reasonably priced hotel that a group of us can stay in for my boyfriend's birthday. we're going to the sox game that night, then out to the bars/clubs, then back to the hotel. preferably something somewhat convenient as well.

A. Maine Boy is mistaken: the HoJo is not the closest hotel, but it is close. The closest is The Buckminster, a rehabbed older (but nice) hotel right in Kenmore Sqaure, overlooked by the ball park. Many visiting teams stay there. A half block away is The Commonwealth, a luxury hotel. But what do you mean "convenient"? Convenient to the ball park? Convenient to the clubs? True there are a couple of good clubs near Fenway, (and the Boston Beer, though a brewpub, not a club, does have DELICIOUS suds) but the preponderant bar and club districts in Boston (and Cambridge) are elsewhere? And are you bringing your car?. The subway closes down 1 1/2 hours before the bars do. The principal bar/club/restaurant district is Fenueil Hall/North End//North Station (where a second Boston Beer exists; the closest moderately (for Boston) priced hotel is Club Quarters, on Devonshire Street.

If you do follow Maine Boy's suggestion and stick with places near Fenway Park I cannot vouch for HoJo hotel - it is schedulked to be torn down so management may be skimping on maintenance.

Hotels in Boston that give rooms to people under 21?
Q. I am going to Boston for a few days on my spring break with a few of my friends, we supposedly cannot get a hotel room because we are 19 and I guess you need to be 21 or something. If anyone knows of any hotels in Boston that will give us a room please post it.

A. You can get a hotel room if you are over 18, as long as there is no alcohol in the mini bars. Try the Marriot. There is like, 12 of them in Boston.
