What are the best five star hotels in the Philippines for a vacation?

Q. Might plan on going to fly there next year, so are there any nice hotel with the best respectful service and nice rooms and everything?

A. Hotels for Manila would be Intercontinental (great location but getting old), The Peninsula or for sure the ageless Mandarin.
Cebu I suggest resorts, Shangri-La or Imperial Palace.

What effects did the Manila Peninsula Siege and Oakwood Mutiny brought to the Philippines?
Q. What effects did the Manila Peninsula and Oakwood Mutiny brought to the Philippines and to those places? Do you think Trillanes did the right thing to voice out his grieveness against the government?

Please answer this seriously. No sarcastic answers. Thank you.
Grievances, I mean. Sorry, wrong spelling. I don't even know where I got that spelling. lol

A. I feel he had the right intentions by opposing Gloria but he did the wrong thing by taking the hotel hostage. A tagalog word that is very fitting for what he did that day is "PALPAK".

What is the best hotel in Manhattan New York?
Q. Regardless of the price because we can afford any hotel we want. I just want to know which one is the best in Manhattan with views and everything.

A. The Mandarin Oriental

The St Regis

The Penninsula

The Four Seasons

The Ritz-Carlton

The Plaza Athenee

The Waldorf Towers

Please note that Le Parker Meridian has no-where near the luxury of the other hotels mentioned here. It's a fine, clean place, but it is not one of New York's best hotels. (Restaurant Norma's serves the best breakfast)
