How do I get to the OFFICIAL NYC Seton Hotel website?

Q. All of the websites that I find by searching "Seton Hotel Official Website" takes me to middle-men and copy-cats.
Does anyone know the actual website, or does it not exist?

What economic reason can explain why the price of a hotel room is cheaper going through a travel agent.?
Q. I'm in the process of writing a paper about prices of available hotel rooms for two different hotels. I got the prices from calling the hotels direct, contacting a travel agent by phone, hotels websites, and through two different online travel agents. The prices I received show that the lowest prices come from the travel agents, and the highest prices turned out to be the prices I received through the website and phone. The problem is I don't have a explanation for this. Could sombody please help me out?

A. I Searched on this site and got the Cheapest Hotel,Check it out,it also had Discount Coupon Codes for Expedia,Orbitz,Travelocity,Kayak, Priceline, etc.

Can I book a hotel at 16 years old in the UK ?
Q. Me and my friend are planning to go on a weekend trip, but we are both 16 and I'm unsure if we will be able to book a hotel room for the weekend.
I checked the hotel website but it doesn't mention how old you have to be to book a room, it simply says 'At Premier Inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults.'
Does this mean that I will be classed as an adult when booking ?
Also, I have a debit card, NOT a credit card.
Someone help please ? Thanks.

A. For hotels you have to be at least 18 to book a room, however the Travelodge/Premier Inn group allow those 16 and over to book rooms without the need for an adult (18 and over) to be present...
