Is it really save to book a hotel by internet?

Q. There are many web sites who offer hotel bookings.
How can I know which one is safe or not?

A. Stick to the big guns like Priceline or Orbitz. Or go to the hotel sites themselves.

Can someone please give me tips on how I can avoid hotel booking mistakes at work?
Q. I am in charge of making hotel bookings for staff, but seem to often book the wrong dates after looking at the eticket flight details. Like I have just goofed up and booked someone check in 23 Mar when infact he is leaving London 23 Mar and arriving and checking in 24 mar. do you have a system that will minimize these mistakes?

A. Always double check the dates they will be traveling and when they arrive and depart. Triple check this info. if you have to!

Also, send an email to the person traveling with the itinerary and hotel info. listed (such as address, phone number, etc.). If there has been a mistake, they will be quick to point it out to you and usually it will be early enough that you can alter their hotel reservation to the correct check in and check out dates. Also, the email is very helpful to the person traveling and they usually appreciate it.

Is there any good savings tips that will help me to save me money while enjoying my trip in Disney World?
Q. Such as ticket and hotel bookings,Resorts and discounts codes and bargain in theme park? Any help will do?

A. there are several ways to save money on a disney vacations. Usually year round disney will offer some kind of disney discount or deal. right now for example there are four deals available to you.
if you book a 5 day/ 6 night stay you recieve a dining plan free ( i do NOT suggest a dining plan). the second deal is save 40 percent on a 2 day hotel day. the 3rd option is save 40 percent on select hotels now through august, and lastly if you buy a 4 day/5 night stay kids 3-9 stay and play for free.
keep in mind that these deals do have exceptions and dates they are available.
other tips and tricks for saving:
- the more days you buy, the more you save. for example on our last disney trip we noticed that if we bought a 5 day hopper pass, its only 4 more extra dollars than 4 day ticket.

-buying the travel mug: if your staying on property, the resorts offer a travel mug option. this saves for MAJOR bucks if you are traveling more than 3 days. Disney resorts do not offer water cups for meals. although, kids meals do come with a drink option. these mugs are refillable and you can take them home!

-bringing a soft sided coolar and/or renting or bringing a mini fridge. if you staying at a resort that does not have a mini kitchen (any resort that doesnt have a food court, usually has some kind of kitchen available). you can pack sandwiches, snacks and drinks for the parks which can save you hundreds of dollars.

- depending on where you live, driving can save you money

-booking at a value resort/staying on property: staying on property allows you to have free transportation to and from any resort, park, or downtown disney. booking a value resort rooms start at 89 dollars on non peak days!
good luck and have a great trip!
