What is the most romantic hotel or resort at which you have ever stayed?

Q. I proposed to my wife at Faeger's Island Lighthouse Club Hotel in Ocean City and it was perfect. Fireplace. Two person jacuzzi tub. Big shower. Turn down service. Terry robes. Thick carpet. King bed with canopy. Bay sunsets views.

What have you done that matches that or is better?

A. It's a close call between

1) Emerson & Green Hotel, Zanzibar, Tanzania.

10 individual rooms, completely differentm decorated in traditional Zanzibari style. Amazing rooftop dinner on the tallest building on Stone Town, sitting on cushions and carpets, drinking a cocktail at sunset, while listening to the hypnotic sound of the Muezzin with the sweet smell of spices on the air.

2) Al-Moudira, Luxor, Egypt

Another boutique place, this time on the west bank of the Nile. The hotel is styled on a Damascene palace, again with each room different and many containing a very romantic huge turkish style bath.

What is a settled trademark lawsuit in the food or hotel business?
Q. I am having a hard time finding a case in the hospitality industry(food, casino, club, hotel) that involves trademarks or other intellectual property and has been fully closed and not waiting for appeal, anybody know some?

A. A simple Lexis search should turn up about 100,000. If your school doesn't have Lexis access (most do - check with your research librarian) you can just use Google.

Depending on your definition of "hospitality" you can start with the recent Chippendales case. That one was all over the news and you should have no trouble finding it.

How much is 500 points worth on a Priority Club card?
Q. I have a chance to get a 500 point card for priority club hotel reservations. How much is it worth?

A. Not much, it takes at least 10,000 points to book a room:
