What is the most expensive rom in the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai?

Q. Just watching this thing on tv about this really amazing hotel in Dubai, and was curious about the prices, cos it looked really killer.

A. It IS an amazing hotel, really spectacular all round. Suites range from $7,000.00 - $15,000.00 but the most expensive suite being the Royal suite, is around $28,000.00 per night.

Do you know How much service charge for employee in the hotel in Dubai?
Q. i will go to work in The hotel in Dubai ( 7 star dubai)
I need to know how much service charge in a month.
because i have to know the money i can get in a month.

and anyone who work in the hotel in dubai .
how much service charge do you have get ?

A. pastrygirl,

all hotels here in Dubai are charging their guests 10% service charge on top of the regular room rate, however, this does not mean that the employees will get the total 10% distributed...

It really depends on how busy the hotel is but in general it is around 500 to 1000 AED in a five star hotel (there is no seven star hotels anywhere in the world, five is the max... if you're talking about the Burj Al Arab, that also has 'only' five...). You should not feel shy to ask your HR contact.

Hope that helped,

Martin

Can you stay in a hotel in Dubai for approx 4 months whilst working in Dubai?
Q. Just a general question. Can you stay in a hotel in Dubai for approx 4-5 months whilst working in Dubai? Or does this conflict with work visas etc?

A. Of course you can. I stayed in a hotel for a year while working before finding a nice 2-bedroom apartment to permanently stay and cut down costs. The issue with your question is.....what type of visa do you have?.... if you're holding a valid working visa that's fine, you can live anywhere you would want to for as long as you want. If you are holding a visit visa and working then it is a violation of labour and immigration law and anywhere you live or stay for how long is immaterial.
