What are the best nightclubs in Phoenix, Az?

Q. Ill be turning 21 near the end of this month. Any great spots?

A. Happy Birthday!

Here is a list of the places that are hot right now. They are in Old Town Scottsdale. I think starting at Saddle Ranch for food/drinks then heading to E4 would be a good bet. E4 is a great club. It is named after the 4 elements (water, fire, etc...) there are several rooms each playing different music. My personal favorite.

Here is a list of what is popular right now.

Dirty Pretty - (this is where Charles Barkley was before the DUI)
American Junkie
Lodge
W Hotel - rooftop bar
Martini Ranch - dancing
Geisha A Go Go
Saddle Ranch - this might be good place to eat and grab drinks then head to E4 for the night club. It is short walk to E4 from here. Perhaps hang here from 9 pm to 11 pm then go to E4 to shake your groove thing.
Devil's Martini - dancing
Coach House
Dos Gringos
Salty Senorita
E4 - nightclub
Pussy Cat Lounge - dancing

Just an FYI the other answer had Anderson's Fifth Estate. Anderson's closed and is now called Forbidden. It is now a gay club.It changed about 6 months ago or more.

What is your opinion on these Phx suburbs?
Q. ~Scottsdale
~And Cave Creek

Alot of peopel hate Scottsdale people and I don't get why..? Answer only if you live(d) there or somewhere else in Az. Thanks

A. I live in Scottsdale - for almost 7 yrs. Before that I grew up in the West Valley (Glendale, Phx) - I've lived in AZ my entire 33 yrs.

Scottsdale has less people living per...whatever - square mile?? So bc there's less people, the property taxes are higher (but not as high as Paradise Valley!!) . So in come the residents that could afford that. People w/ money like things that are prestigious....good hotels, fine dining, high end shopping. So Scottsdale is now known for being a prestigious area.

When I was growing up it was "Snottsdale".

It isn't like that tho. You have the people who think it proves status & live here in debt...then you have regular middle class families like any other city....then you have the lower-middle class families in south Scottsdale. There are all walks of life here - it's not just the rich hoity-toity. We fall into the middle class bracket. Our home is 25 yrs old, we drive modest cars, we do not spend money left & right.

The prestigious lifestyle gave Scottsdale a reputation. YES we have nice things but it does NOT define the people who live here.
