I want a touring holiday in Italy but visa rules want pre-paid hotel bookings. Any solution?

Q. Schengen Visa form states hotel bookings must be booked and paid in advance. How can one therefore have a touring holiday stopping off as and when an interesting place found?

A. do u have any relatives in italy or people that u know? cause if u do `then u can tell the embassy ur staying at their place and u don't need to go to a hotel...that's what i always do....

flight and hotel bookings for visa application?
Q. im from India and new to all this ,but i hope other members here are already familiar with all this stuff,

i am applying for a schengen visa , and i need to show flight bookings and hotel bookings in advance.
the problem is , if my visa is rejected or delayed , i may have to bare huge losses for no gain.

so how to avoid this ?

are there any flights which offer full refunds , and are there hotels which dont ask any money upfront ? to issue hotel booking document

and which country i should target for schengen visa ,
i am from mumbai , thanks

A. You need to see a real travel agent where you live that is familiar with the visa applicaiton process. They can also book flights and hotels and give you printed copies of the reservations without you having to pay up-front.

What is the website where people cancel hotel bookings and you can get good deals ?
Q. Canceled hotel bookings

A. There are number of travel sites that helps tourist to get the deals from & save some money.
Expedia.com
booking.com
travelocity.com
cheapoair.com
